You decide. Start in draft mode so your team can review every change. Automatic publishing can be enabled later for trusted page trees.
What happens to Confluence images?+
Images are copied to managed EU-hosted object storage and referenced with stable HTTPS URLs, so they render in Freshdesk without relying on private Confluence sessions.
Will it overwrite edits made in Freshdesk?+
The sync detects destination changes and stops instead of overwriting them. You get a clear conflict to resolve, not a silent data loss surprise.
Which products are supported first?+
The private beta is deliberately narrow: Confluence Cloud to Freshdesk Solutions, one-way sync. That focus lets us make the core workflow dependable before adding destinations.
