Privacy notice
This notice explains the limited information Sward Solutions AB collects while validating and operating the Sward Sync private beta.
Who controls the information
Sward Solutions AB, organisation number 559573-3436, is responsible for beta application data. Its registered address is Spannvägen 4 Lgh 1102, 168 35 Bromma, Sweden. Questions, access requests, corrections, objections, and deletion requests can be sent to sam@swardsolutions.com.
Beta applications
The application form asks for a work email, company name, Freshdesk domain, approximate Confluence page count, current workflow, and optional notes. It also records campaign parameters included in the landing-page URL so we can understand which validation channel produced the application. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We use consent for beta-related correspondence and legitimate interests to assess beta fit, prevent duplicate processing, secure the form, measure campaign performance, and improve the proposed service. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Connected-account data
Beta customers will receive a separate data-processing agreement before connecting accounts. The intended service processes only customer-selected Confluence pages, their supported content and images, destination mappings, content hashes, synchronization status, and redacted operational errors. It does not require Freshdesk browser cookies or undocumented editor endpoints.
Storage, location, and subprocessors
The website is delivered by Vercel. Form compute is configured for Stockholm, Sweden, and accepted applications are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL project in Stockholm. Managed documentation images are intended for EU-region object storage. Vercel, Supabase, and infrastructure providers may operate global support and network systems; contractual transfer safeguards will be documented before customer onboarding.
The current subprocessor inventory and intended data flows are published on the security page. The form reports success only after the configured database acknowledges the submission.
Retention and deletion
Unsuccessful form payloads are not intentionally retained by the application. Rejected or inactive beta applications are retained for up to 90 days after the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Connected-account content and managed images will follow the retention and deletion terms agreed during onboarding.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, restriction, export, or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data-protection authority. We will verify requests proportionately before acting.
