Private beta terms

These plain-language terms cover beta applications and invitations. A service agreement will be provided before any customer connects production accounts.

Application and availability

Sward Sync is offered only to businesses and other organisations, not to consumers acting for personal purposes. The applicant confirms that they are authorised to apply on behalf of their organisation. Submitting the form is an application, not a purchase or guarantee of access. Sward Solutions AB may accept, waitlist, or decline an application to keep the beta within a supportable scope.

Founding offer

The advertised founding plan is a 30-day guided pilot followed by €59 per month, excluding VAT, for up to 500 synced pages and one Freshdesk account. The founding price is intended to remain fixed for 12 months after paid activation. Exact billing, taxes, cancellation, and service scope will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Beta limitations

The service is under active development and may contain defects or change during the pilot. Synchronization is one-way from selected Confluence Cloud content to Freshdesk Solutions. Draft mode is the default, and customers remain responsible for reviewing content before publication.

Acceptable use

Participants must control the connected accounts, have authority to process the selected content, and avoid submitting unlawful material, secrets, special-category personal data, or content that infringes another party’s rights.

Customer systems and backups

Customers retain ownership of their content and should maintain appropriate backups. Sward Sync will use documented APIs and conflict protection, but it is not a substitute for Confluence or Freshdesk backup and recovery.

Ending participation

Either party may end a pilot by email. On termination, access will be disabled and managed data will be deleted according to the agreed retention schedule, subject to verified ownership and reference checks.
